ENGSO Youth Young Delegate Kateryna Lavryk delivers a keynote at the European Sport Congress 2025

ENGSO Youth Young Delegate Kateryna Lavryk delivered a keynote presentation of the joint European Union – Council of Europe project “Sport For All: Promoting Inclusion and Combating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities” at the second edition of the European Sport Congress, which took place on 4-5 November 2025 in Lille, France.

She spoke about the main pillars of work and the latest outcomes of the project, highlighting the role of visibility and grassroots development in promoting inclusion of persons with disabilities in sport and protecting access to sport as a human right for all.

 

In these two days, the Congress brought together approximately 150 stakeholders from across Europe to discuss the role of sport in social transformation and to emphasise the importance of international co-operation through interactive workshops, project communications, roundtables and keynote presentations.
