BeST Inclusion project partners meet in Paris

In preparation for the final event of the BeST Inclusion project, scheduled for April 2025 in Paris, partners met for the fourth transnational project meeting, hosted by EASE (European Association of Sport Employers) on December 2–3, 2024.

The project aims to foster a more inclusive and diverse workforce within the sports sector. Over recent months, participating organisations have collected best practices from various countries to develop a set of Recommendations and Proposed Actions designed to overcome employment barriers. These recommendations focus on three key areas: Age, Gender, and Disability, and include a final section with transversal actions applicable across all categories.

At the Paris meeting, partners reviewed the final document and format of the Recommendations, incorporating last feedback to ensure readiness for presentation at the final conference. Additionally, a unified communication and dissemination strategy was devised to ensure the Recommendations effectively reach sport employers and organisations.
