We are looking for a project manager who would join our team and help us give youth a real say in sport.

Please note this position is a full time remote position. Project manager salary depends on the country of residence and agreement between the selected candidate and ENGSO Youth team.
What is expected from an ENGSO Youth Projects manager?
Lead new ENGSO Youth project applications together with colleagues and partners;
Plan and implement ongoing ENGSO Youth projects with the highest focus on ENGSO Youth lead ERASMUS+ Sport Big Collaborative partnership on Mental Health&Physical activity;
Ensuring high-level reporting of ENGSO Youth projects;
Contribute to the sustainability strategy of ENGSO Youth projects;
Other related tasks.
Qualifications and skills needed:
Excellent written and oral English;
Knowledge and Experience in international project management, especially funded by ERASMUS+, Council of Europe, other EU and international donors;
Knowledge of European Youth and Sport policies;
Well developed administrative and time management skills;
Knowledge in the fields of Sustainable development; Education and employability; Inclusion; Mental Health&Physical activity would be considered as an asset.
