ENGSO Youth is hiring: Junior Visuals Designer!

We are looking for junior visuals designer passionate about grassroots sport and youth that wants to work for an NGO. 



Junior Visual Designer



  • Graphic design of visuals for ENGSO and ENGSO Youth digital communications: social media, projects, events.
  • Support communication officer with the ideation and visual content creation.
  • Support communication officer with branding and online presence of the organization. 
  • Support of projects and events with taking images, videos, if needed. 
  • Support the preparation of articles, and content for the projects dissemination, if needed.

Qualifications and skills needed:


  • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator. 
  • Knowledge of WordPress.
  • Knowledge of apps such as Canva and other is an advantage. 
  • Knowledge of digital communications platforms and its use for the promotion of the organization;
  • Basic knowledge video creation;
  • Educational background in graphic design or interactive and digital communication;
  • Excellent written and oral English;
  • Basic knowledge of EU policies relevant to the field: sport; youth & employment, equality, sustainable development, etc.
  • Well developed time management skills.

ENGSO Youth is the independent youth body of the European Sports NGO (ENGSO). ENGSO Youth focuses on the youth sport-for-all sector in Europe and represents young Europeans under the age of 35 in sports in more than 30 countries.
